When a permanent project is undertaken, the Pentasia database is searched for suitable candidates and the opportunity is advertised using a number of carefully selected and targeted media channels. This ensures that all those with a potential interest are reached, informed and invited to apply. Those who are deemed to have potential are then screened and interviewed by our consultants. Only those who we consider to be most suitable will be presented for your scrutiny. This is an ongoing, continuous process where the project is not completed until the opportunity has been taken.
