Bruce Gamble
Managing Director, International Search
Bruce started in the recruitment industry in 1991 and spent several years as a recruiter with international consultancy, Computer People PLC. During his tenure he account-managed the recruitment of IT staff into the Bank of America, Visa International, Cap Gemini, and Ernst & Young with colleague, Rob Dowling.
In 1999 Bruce established a division for Mortimer Alexander Knight & Charles Executive Search & Selection by recruiting a select team of six former colleagues. Key clients included Credit Suisse First Boston, Deutsche Bank, Verizon, and start-up company, The Sporting Exchange, now known as Betfair. After some key pre and post launch placements into Betfair, Bruce and his colleagues started recruiting for a number of other newly established online poker and casino operators, some of whom are now international market leaders.
Recognising the recruiting potential of this high growth sector, Bruce established Pentasia in 2001 to focus purely on the high growth niche of iGaming. Today, Bruce manages the key international retained search assignments for boardroom directors and officers within start-up and publicly listed companies.

Rob Dowling
Chief Executive Officer
Rob has over 10 years experience in international recruitment within New Media, IT and iGaming. Having spent his early career with foreign exchange brokers ICAP, Rob moved into recruitment in early 1998 and with the market leading IT Recruiters Computer People.
He was headhunted into the position of Head of Technical New Media at Mortimer Charles Recruitment in 2000 before moving on to a Director position at LBHR International in 2001. At the end of 2001, Rob formed Pentasia as a Director with business partner Bruce Gamble.
In his present position of CEO for the Pentasia Group of companies, Rob is responsible for the strategic commercial direction of the company and its overall operational structure worldwide.

Nigel Blythe-Tinker
Executive Chairman
Nigel Blythe-Tinker Ll.B., FCIS is a lawyer and chartered company secretary by training. He has extensive experience both in the UK and internationally of the recruitment and gaming sectors having held senior executive and non executive positions in FTSE 100 amd AIM listed companies.

Julia Ferrari joined Pentasia in October 2004, having held HR positions with Ericsson, Coca Cola and Virgin Atlantic beforehand. After three years leading a team of recruiters responsible for some of Pentasia's largest corporate accounts, Julia moved into an operations focused role before taking the position of Group Operations Director in April 2008.
A Graduate in Business Studies, Julia is now responsible for managing all strategic and tactical aspects of the Pentasia Group and ensuring that it possesses a robust and adaptable internal structure and resources designed to support rapid expansion.

Matt Vines

Jonathan Pettemerides has been with Pentasia since 2006, initially working in the UK Head Office as a Consultant he progressed to lead recruitment teams in the UK and Singapore.

Christopher Vella

As the first member of the company's Malta team, Christopher joined Pentasia in January 2006 after spending four years within the locally based, Maltese recruitment sector. Just under two years later, after successfully establishing a team of Maltese based recruiters and building upon the company's client base in the area, Christopher moved into the position of Regional Director - Mediterranean in November 2007.

Lucy Buxton

Lucy joined Pentasia to manage the ever expanding client and candidate database systems and the company's extensive range of on-line channels for job advertising vacancies. Before joining Pentasia, Lucy spent four years employed as a Deputy Manager for one of Ladbrokes' busiest High Street branches. Rebecca De Gaetano

Collette Mangion
Group Operations & Marketing Executive
Collette joined Pentasia in September 2008 as Group Operations & Marketing Executive for the Maltese regional office. Collette brings along creative online and offline marketing experience together with events management from her previous work experience where she was responsible for the organization of a number of conferences in Italy, Brussels & UK.
Collette is highly involved in the daily operations and marketing including regular updating of existing websites, production of graphic art, marketing visuals and advertising media, and the organization of various company events.
Collette also acts as Personal Assistant to the Group CEO and the Board of Directors. Collette is well travelled, speaks fluent Italian, English & Maltese and is conversant in Spanish.

Mario Attard

Karl joined Pentasia in November 2009 as Group Accountant, taking on the responsibility for managing the Pentasia Group finance function. Based in Malta and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Accountants England and Wales (FCCA), Karl has occupied a range of different accounting and auditing roles in various firms including PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Resolve Professional Services Limited and Vodafone Malta Limited.
Karl has also worked as a freelance accountant and consultant servicing small and medium sized businesses over a wide range of industries.

Ching joined Pentasia Asia Pacific office as a Consultant. Enrica joined Pentasia’s Regional Mediterranean Office in June ’10 after a couple of years working within the Marketing Industry. Fluent in English, Italian and Maltese Enrica graduated from the University of Malta after reading for a degree in Communications.

Denise Cutajar

Denise is one of the newest additions to the Pentasia Mediterranean team and her role is that of an IT Recruitment Consultant. Denise focuses mainly on specialized positions within the local IT market, and she is responsible for sourcing, interviewing and recommending the strongest candidates to the vast database of local clients within the IT sector.
