My client, a well renowned and popular igaming organization, with a major worldwide presence in the sector, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Dutch Brand Executive to join their marketing team. My client operates over 20 brands using its own platform, ensuring a safe, inventive, and fun-filled gaming experience covering both casino games and sports betting. With a workforce of over 500 skilled individuals spread across 7 primary locations, they are a global employer in the iGaming field. For this role, my client is looking for someone with experience in brand management, product development and content writing with a strong understanding of the interplay between the three. The Dutch Brand Executive will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing brand development initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand and brand alignment. Additional information Location: Malta + Hybrid setup environment (Minimum of Twice a week in the office in St Julian's, Malta) Hours: Office Hours (Core hours being 10am-5pm) Reporting to: Netherlands Country Manager Responsibilities: Developing and executing brand strategies that resonate with the target audience and differentiate our products from competitors. Managing the brand development process from ideation to launch, including conducting market research, developing brand positioning and messaging, and creating go-to-market plans. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand and product alignment and successful brand launches. Managing brand budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Conducting competitive analysis and market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators for brand and product initiatives, and adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve goals. Collaborating with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and influencers, to execute brand and product initiatives. Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels, including advertising, social media, packaging, and in-store displays.
