In this, the interactive team will be accountable for the business performance of the online casino vertical, which launched earlier this year.ole Summary: As the VIP Manager, you will be the main point of contact for high level digital casino players. This role will help acquire VIPs, maintain relationships, create promotional incentives, analyze player performance, and plan events. The VIP Manager will need to be knowledgeable and passionate about casino and casino games with an understanding of the digital casino industry.Key Responsibilities:• Manage a portfolio of most valuable players• Retain existing accounts and identify potential new VIP accounts• Plan, execute and host in person VIP events• Manage a team of VIP Hosts• Understanding of data, analytics, and player performance to optimize promotions and VIP experience Education.Qualifications & Experience:• 3-5 years of experience as a VIP Manager, Account Manager, or Senior VIP Host.• Knowledge of iGaming and iCasino• Commute to the office on a hybrid basis in Philadelphia, PA.• Experience managing VIP from an online vertical• Ability to build and lead a team• Understanding of analysis and player performance
