Senior Business Development Manager

Pentasia is partnering with a market-leading solutions provider in the iGaming space. With 15+ years in the industry, 200+ employees, and HQ in Malta, this is the largest company in its niche - and they’re still scaling fast.
We’re looking for a proven iGaming sales professional with 5+ years’ experience and a strong network of operator decision-makers. You’ll own the full sales cycle end-to-end - from prospecting and high-impact presentations to closing and account growth - working closely with marketing and tech to drive revenue.

Role Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for introducing my client’s POS and restaurant technology solutions to local and regional restaurants. This role focuses on prospecting, building strong relationships, leading the full sales cycle, and closing new partnerships. By understanding each restaurant’s unique needs, the Sales Manager will craft customized tech solutions that support long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Development
Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and effectively position my client’s technology offerings.
Research, identify, and qualify prospective restaurant partners that are an ideal fit for the platform.
Conduct regular outbound prospecting through in person visits, cold calls, email outreach, marketing campaigns, and other channels.
Deliver product demos and create tailored solutions that align with each prospect's operational needs.
Performance & Pipeline Management
Meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach activity, sales pipeline progress, and monthly new partner acquisition.
Track and manage all sales efforts using my client’s CRM system.
Cross Functional Coordination
Work closely with regional teams to ensure that expectations set during the sales cycle are delivered seamlessly during onboarding and implementation.
What You Bring
Bilingual fluency in Chinese required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
Demonstrated success in selling and upselling SaaS or technology products.
Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast changing environment.
Quick learner with strong proficiency in new technologies.
Experience with internal and collaborative tools (or ability to learn quickly), such as Salesforce, Slack, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
1+ year of relevant experience highly preferred.
