A leading global sportsbook technology provider is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the business’ expansion across Europe.
The business has an established international presence with over 1,000 employees globally and provides sportsbook solutions to operators and aggregators worldwide.
This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established sportsbook provider and play a key role in building its European commercial presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new partnerships with iGaming operators and aggregators
Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
Represent the company at key industry events and conferences
Requirements:
4+ years’ sales or business development experience, ideally within iGaming
Proven track record in new business generation
Experience selling sportsbook products
Strong network across operators within less regulated markets
Fluent English required (Turkish or Spanish beneficial)
The role is fully remote and can be based anywhere within Europe. The position offers a strong base salary, alongside a competitive commission and bonus structure, rewarding successful new business development and partnership growth.
Senior Game Producer
A powerhouse B2B iGaming business are looking for a Senior Game Producer to help build the next generation of slot games. In this role, you’ll own the full lifecycle of game production, from concept and math design to certified release, shaping the creative vision and player experience.
You’ll work closely with designers, developers, artists, and mathematicians to create high-quality, commercially successful slot titles that stand out in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end production of slot games from concept to release
Define game vision, mechanics, and features with cross-functional teams
Conduct market and competitor research to inform product decisions
Collaborate with game mathematicians on RTP, volatility, and gameplay feel
Write clear game design and production specifications
Manage the production pipeline to deliver high-quality games on schedule
Oversee certification and regulatory compliance
Requirements
4+ years producing games in the iGaming industry
Experience launching successful slot titles
Strong understanding of slot mechanics, player engagement, and monetization
Ability to balance creative vision with data-driven decision making
Excellent communication and documentation skills

The position is centered on delivering a premium, highly personalized service while driving loyalty, retention, and long-term engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening VIP operations and elevating the overall customer experience for top-tier players.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
Anticipate customer expectations and proactively address potential concerns.
Build strong, trust-based relationships through tailored and ongoing communication.
Maintain regular contact across multiple communication channels to enhance loyalty.
Plan and coordinate exclusive activities and bespoke experiences (e.g., sporting or entertainment events) aligned with client interests.
Deliver service standards that exceed expectations and create memorable customer journeys.
Support the strategic growth and structure of VIP engagement initiatives in the Mexican market.
Desired experience:
Proven background in VIP account management, retention, or relationship management, ideally within iGaming or a similar sector.
Solid understanding of high-value customer behavior and expectations.
Strong networking skills and awareness of key events and trends within Mexico.
Experience working with CRM systems is advantageous but not 100% mandatory.
