About the Role

We are looking for a BI Specialist to structure, integrate and analyze data across our client entire operation, working closely with Operations, Marketing, CRM, Finance, Compliance, Product and Leadership.

This role is responsible for transforming operational and business data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making, performance monitoring and continuous improvement across the organization.

The professional will help build the company’s data infrastructure, integrating multiple sources, developing reliable dashboards and establishing key metrics that support data-driven management and sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate and structure data from multiple sources across Operations, Marketing, CRM, Finance, Compliance and external platforms

  • Build and maintain operational and executive dashboards to monitor company performance

  • Define and track key KPIs related to acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, risk and operational efficiency

  • Conduct cohort analysis, user segmentation and behavioral analysis across the user journey

  • Support leadership teams by transforming data into insights, diagnostics and action plans

  • Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability across reports and dashboards

  • Automate recurring reports and data processes whenever possible

  • Present insights clearly to leaders and global stakeholders

  • Collaborate with Product and Operations to support prioritization, optimization and impact analysis

  • Maintain documentation of metrics, dashboards and data sources


Requirements:

  • Experience working in technology-driven companies

  • Strong experience in business or operational data analysis

  • Advanced SQL for data extraction and analysis

  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools

  • Knowledge of data integration from multiple sources

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Experience working closely with business and operational teams

  • Advanced or fluent English

  • Availability to work onsite in Recife


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with GGR, NGR, LTV, churn, retention and campaign ROI metrics

  • Experience with cohort and funnel analysis

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager or event tracking

  • Experience with data modeling and pipeline automation

  • Experience in regulated environments or compliance-driven industries
