Front-End Software Developer – on-site Madrid, ES An established technology-driven company is seeking a talented Front-End Developer to join their growing development team in Madrid. This role suits someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, working closely with users, and delivering innovative, high-performing web applications. Main Responsibilities: Take ownership of front-end development projects, ensuring high-quality code and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. Develop, test, and maintain React and TypeScript applications, ensuring performance and scalability. Design and implement real-time communication features using WebSockets, SignalR, or similar technologies. Contribute to architectural discussions, improving systems and processes for better efficiency and maintainability. Stay current with front-end frameworks, UX best practices, and emerging technologies to keep the team ahead of industry standards. Work closely with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Desired Experience: Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and modern front-end workflows. Familiarity with container technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes) is a plus. A solid understanding of user experience principles and interface optimization. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders. A proactive mindset, eager to take ownership of projects and contribute innovative ideas. A degree in Computer Science or a related field, ideally with excellent academic results (7.0 GPA or higher). A strong focus for this role will be on player props & statistics. You will work closely with traders, data scientists, and product teams, to refine pricing models, improve simulation accuracy, and optimize live trading performance. You will also contribute to the development of new products, mentor junior analysts, and ensure the company maintains its competitive edge through data-driven, intelligent pricing strategies. About You The ideal candidate is an experienced sports pricing professional with 5+ years of experience in sports betting, fantasy, trading, or gaming analytics, with a strong focus on pricing and quantitative modeling. You also bring deep expertise in sports trading principles, market-making, and risk management, along with the ability to design and calibrate complex pricing models that capture same-game correlations and multi-event relationships. In addition, you are highly skilled in analytical tools such as Python, R, and SQL, and comfortable working with real-time sports data and statistical modeling frameworks. A strong communicator and collaborative problem-solver, you can translate complex quantitative insights into clear, actionable strategies.
