Front-End Software Developer – on-site Madrid, ES An established technology-driven company is seeking a talented Front-End Developer to join their growing development team in Madrid. Main Responsibilities: Take ownership of front-end development projects, ensuring high-quality code and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. Develop, test, and maintain React and TypeScript applications, ensuring performance and scalability. Design and implement real-time communication features using WebSockets, SignalR, or similar technologies. Contribute to architectural discussions, improving systems and processes for better efficiency and maintainability. Stay current with front-end frameworks, UX best practices, and emerging technologies to keep the team ahead of industry standards. Work closely with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Desired Experience: Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and modern front-end workflows. Familiarity with container technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes) is a plus. A solid understanding of user experience principles and interface optimization. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders. A proactive mindset, eager to take ownership of projects and contribute innovative ideas. A degree in Computer Science or a related field, ideally with excellent academic results (7.0 GPA or higher).
