AML Specialist.

The Company:
This opportunity is with a leading B2C iGaming operator that has been recognized as one of the significant operators in the Brazilian market. They have been operating in Brazil for the last 6 years and their platform provides a variety of casino games alongside sports betting options that allow users to wager on various sporting events.

The Role:
The company is seeking an AML Specialist to oversee the anti-money laundering and counter-financing of terrorism framework for the Brazilian business, ensuring compliance with local regulations and global best practices.

You will lead risk assessments, implement controls, and develop policies to meet Brazilian money laundering regulations. You will make decisions on suspicious activity reports, high-risk customers, and oversee AML audits. Collaborating with internal teams, you'll provide expertise, standardize reporting, and manage AML training.

About You:
You have 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the betting or gaming industry. You specialize in AML/CFT frameworks, risk assessments, and policy development, with strong knowledge of Brazilian AML laws and SAR reporting.

You are also skilled in analyzing complex data, problem-solving, and handling sensitive information under pressure. Fluent in both English and Portuguese, you communicate effectively with internal teams and regulatory authorities. Certification in AML or financial compliance is a plus.
