Audio Visual Specialist.

• The role is on-site in Bogota, Colombia
• The first three months you MUST be able to travel in Romania (expenses are covered) for the training, then you'll be back to Bogota. 
• Rotative shift, 40 hours per week, 2 days off. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Install and test audio-visual (AV) equipment and facilities.
• Execute advanced crimping for connectors (e.g., BNC, RJ45, XLR).
• Configure and maintain AV and IT network systems, ensuring seamless communication across devices.
• Set up and manage equipment for virtual studio productions.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, minimize downtime, and maintain backup solutions.
• Operate and monitor transmission links, including on-site and external broadcasts.
• Design custom AV circuits and hardware, following safety and technical standards.
• Collaborate with team members, keeping up-to-date with industry technology advancements.

Desired Experience:

• Strong background in camera operations, photography principles, and video production.
• Technical expertise in electronic engineering and SDI infrastructure.
• Proficient in project management, with excellent IT, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Capable of creative problem-solving, time management, and maintaining composure under pressure.
• Flexibility, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to new technologies are essential.
