The Role:
The company is seeking a senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in esports betting across LatAm. In this role, you will onboard, exceed revenue targets, and manage contract negotiations. Leveraging industry connections and technical expertise, you’ll articulate value-driven solutions to c-level stakeholders and act as an esports expert at industry events. Collaborating with internal teams, you’ll refine offerings to meet client needs and position the company as a leader in the esports betting ecosystem.
About You:
You have 4+ years of experience in esports or betting, with a strong network (particularly with sportsbook decision-makers) and a proven track record in sales or business development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential. Fluency in English and Spanish are required, with Brazilian Portuguese as a plus. Frequent travel is expected.
