About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Casino Manager to lead operations in the Brazilian online casino and betting market. This role is instrumental in optimizing player experience, ensuring seamless game operations, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of casino game selection, promotions, and revenue maximization, combined with strong leadership skills to oversee the platform's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the online casino platform, ensuring smooth gameplay, efficient system performance, and optimal user experience.
• Oversee the integration of new gaming content and continuous platform improvements.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance player retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
• Utilize data insights to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and user behavior, identifying opportunities for revenue optimization.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to create compelling promotions, loyalty programs, and personalized gaming experiences.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with game providers to ensure a diverse and high-quality gaming portfolio.
• Proactively source, evaluate, and onboard new game providers to keep the platform innovative and competitive.

 

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of the Brazilian iGaming market and experience managing streamer teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in financial forecasting, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to drive operational efficiencies and revenue growth in a digital business environment.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
