The Role:
The company is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of its virtual sports and number game solutions across LatAm. In this role, you will manage client relationships, oversee integrations, and identify upselling opportunities while coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams.
Your role will involve account management, providing ongoing support, and performing revenue and compliance reviews, while using CRM tools to ensure process compliance and improve service delivery.
About You:
You have 3-5 years of experience in the gambling industry, you specialize in customer success, account management, and driving client growth. You excel at understanding customer needs, enhancing onboarding processes, and creating personalized, player-centered experiences. Your strong communication skills in both English and Spanish allow you to build solid relationships and effectively influence key stakeholders.
You're passionate about games, UX, and psychology, and have a deep understanding of how to translate product value to customers.
