This role will be part of an innovative marketing team dedicated to driving database growth and campaign success for our online sportsbook and casino products.


Role Summary:
The Digital Media Manager will work closely with the marketing team to execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms for both sportsbook and iCasino. This role will focus on paid media operations, creative trafficking, document management, and performance analysis to achieve campaign goals. Additionally, the Digital Media Manager will work closely with the Content Marketing Senior Manager to manage the social media accounts- maintaining consistent messaging and engagement across all channels. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in digital media buying/planning, organic social media management, strong organizational skills, and an interest in social media strategy within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution:

  • Manage, monitor, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Twitter/X, TikTok, Google, Yahoo DSP, and Apple Search.
  •  Ensure creatives are properly trafficked and organized for seamless campaign execution.

Documentation & Workflow:

  • Maintain and manage campaign-related documents, including taxonomy, ad copy guidelines, traffic checklists, budgets, pacing, and flighting schedules.

Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the Senior Manager, User Acquisition, in optimizing campaigns, managing budgets, and developing creative strategies.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with creative, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and strategies.
  • Effectively communicate campaign updates, insights, and results to stakeholders.

Organic Social Media Management:

  • Assist the Senior Manager, Content Marketing, in managing organic social media activities across platforms.
  • Plan, schedule, and post engaging organic content, working with the design team to create assets as needed.
  • Monitor social media performance and recommend strategies to increase engagement and follower growth.
  • Ensure consistency between paid campaigns and organic social strategies.

Experience:

  • 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with paid ad platforms such as Meta, Twitter/X, TikTok, Google, Yahoo DSP, and Apple Search.
  • Experience using social media management tools like Metricool, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to write engaging content relevant to the two brands and platforms associated with Saracen.
  • Basic design skills in Adobe Suite and Canva.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Passion for sportsbook and casino marketing.


Nice to have:

  • App marketing experience
  • Experience working on sportsbook or casino marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with attribution reporting tools and MMPs.
