Our client is one of the leading players in the iGaming industry. As they continue to grow, they are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join their team.

Position Overview:
As a Fraud and Risk Specialist, you will play a key role in detecting and preventing fraudulent activities on our platform. You will be responsible for monitoring transactions, investigating suspicious activities, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and collaborating with other teams to ensure our processes comply with industry regulations. This is a crucial role in protecting the integrity of our business and ensuring the safety of our players.

Key Responsibilities:
Fraud Monitoring: Analyze and monitor transactions in real-time to identify fraudulent activities, suspicious behaviors, and attempts to abuse the platform.
Investigation: Conduct detailed investigations of fraud incidents, using various tools and data sources to detect patterns of suspicious behavior.
Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks, including creating rules and processes to prevent future fraud.
Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with online gaming regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on fraud and risk cases, sharing findings with leadership teams and suggesting continuous process improvements.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Support, Payments, Compliance, and IT teams to efficiently resolve fraud and risk issues.
Policy Updates: Stay updated on the latest fraud trends and technologies, proposing adjustments to security policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications:
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in fraud prevention and risk management, preferably in the iGaming industry or financial sectors.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with large volumes of data to identify patterns and trends.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with fraud monitoring systems, risk analysis tools, and security technologies.
Communication: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex findings to different stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all investigations and reports.
Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of the regulations applicable to the iGaming industry, such as KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and other compliance requirements.
Proactivity: Ability to anticipate fraud and risk issues before they occur, taking preventive actions.
