You will be working with our numerous international clients to produce high-quality marketing material that enhances our expansive library of games. Using artwork created by our game artists you will be crafting eye-catching assets that support our releases worldwide. Part of your responsibilities will be localising and translating our games to ensure they reach the highest standard across the board. You will also aid in integration of our games into new platforms by performing client-driven updates and bug fixes. The role will evolve over time towards game production, where you will begin designing, building, and animating games. This is a great opportunity for a graphic designer/artist at the start of their career who would like to carve out a path in mobile gaming. The role would suit someone with a passion for gaming, who is willing to learn and develop their skills over time.
Key responsibilities
- Designing and building the highest quality digital games that set the benchmark for our productions.
- Preparing and delivering game-ready assets to animators and assisting them through the process of the game build.
- Designing and delivering high quality marketing material to fit each client’s needs.
- Maintaining and improving the delivery of game assets to a wide variety of clients.
- Localising and translating games for a wide range of platforms.
- Integrating games into their various platforms via bug fixes and client-driven updates.
- Communicating reliably and effectively with the art and delivery team.
- Managing time and giving reliable time estimates to the delivery lead.
- Organising files and keeping them ordered and accessible for all team members.
- Helping improve and streamline the process where applicable.
Key Skills
- A sophisticated grasp on graphic design fundamentals – typography, composition, contrast.
- Demonstrable illustrative ability – producing characters, scenery, and icons for mobile iGaming productions.
- A deep understanding of the theory behind producing art for iGaming products.
- An eye for detail and a head full of creative ideas. Classification: Internal
- Expert Photoshop skills.
- Game production experience – prepping assets for builds and optimising them for game engines.
- Understanding of animation fundamentals and experience with animation software.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Great collaboration and communication skills.
