About the Role

As the Marketing Manager for the Netherlands, you will report to the Regional Director and lead all marketing efforts for this key market. Your mission will be to craft and execute a growth-driven strategy across all marketing channels, focusing on performance and profitability. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned marketing leader or an ambitious professional ready to take the next step in their career.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, Display, Programmatic, Affiliates, Paid/Organic Social Media, and CRM.

  • Manage budgets and drive growth, ensuring profitability and ROI.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the Dutch market.

  • Create, manage, and optimize acquisition campaigns for sportsbook and casino, ensuring efficient bonus costs and ROI.

  • Collaborate with and oversee external agencies for SEO, Programmatic, CRM, and Social Media.

  • Manage partnerships, nurturing existing ones and identifying new opportunities.

  • Work cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Product, Operations, and Data to enhance customer experience.

  • Ensure compliance with Dutch gambling regulations and promote socially responsible advertising.

 

Your Profile

  • Experience: At least 5 years in the gambling industry, with proven expertise in customer acquisition, retention, and brand strategy.

  • Skills: Commercial and analytical mindset, capable of blending data insights with creative marketing strategies.

  • Big-Picture Thinking: Comfortable managing the full customer journey from awareness to advocacy, with a hands-on approach when needed.

  • Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, startup-like environments.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the Dutch online gambling market is a strong advantage.

  • Language: Fluency in English is essential; Dutch proficiency is a plus.

  • Personal Traits: Passionate, collaborative, and an excellent communicator with the ability to build trust across teams and stakeholders.
