The Company:
This opportunity is with a leading B2C iGaming operator with a strong presence in Southeast Asia. With decades of industry experience, they manage multiple successful brands and have recently secured a license to expand into Brazil. Their diverse offerings include sports betting, casino games, bingo, and live gaming experiences.
The Role:
The company is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the brand’s marketing strategy, focusing on brand growth, customer acquisition, and retention. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative campaigns, manage performance marketing channels (paid media, SEO, affiliates, CRM), and optimize customer acquisition costs.
In addition, you will also lead digital marketing initiatives, identify strategic partnerships, and manage the marketing budget. You will track KPIs, analyze data, and adjust strategies to ensure success, while building and leading a high-performing team to deliver results in the Brazilian market.
About You:
You have a strong background in marketing leadership, with significant experience in the iGaming industry. You excel in digital marketing strategies, performance marketing, CRM, and branding, with a solid understanding of analytical tools like Google Analytics and automation platforms.
You have a proven track record of leading high-performance teams in fast-paced environments, interpreting data, and using insights to guide strategic decisions. With an advanced level of English and a passion for driving growth, you thrive in dynamic, results-driven settings. You are based in Recife and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields.
