We are looking for a Java Developer Team Lead to work fully remote from Serbia in a B2B contract.
The Software Development Team Lead, reporting to the Software Development Manager, will oversee and mentor a team of 4-5 Software Developers, providing guidance in their daily tasks.

The Software Development Team Lead, reporting to the Software Development Manager, will oversee and mentor a team of 4-5 Software Developers, providing guidance in their daily tasks.
Desired Experience:
- 4+ years of experience as a Java Software Developer, with some leadership or mentoring experience.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design, database technologies, and web technologies.
- Experience with mission-critical systems, using technologies like Spring Framework, Hibernate ORM, JMS (ActiveMQ), and MySQL.
- Proficiency with Linux and troubleshooting at the systems level.
- Familiarity with build automation (Maven), source control, and bug tracking tools.
- Lead a team of 4-5 Software Developers through the development lifecycle, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Assist in understanding business and technical requirements.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet release criteria.
- Act as a key reference point for team members and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in system design and analysis activities.
- Promote and ensure development best practices.
- Involved in the recruitment of new team members.
