A well-established and respected iGaming company is seeking a Korean-speaking Customer Support Representative to join their team in

Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Korean-speaking users via live chat and email.
- Troubleshoot user issues efficiently, providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Guide customers through website navigation, account setup, and account management.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Payments and Fraud to ensure a safe gaming environment.
- Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Korean language skills (additional languages are a plus).
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the iGaming or online services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support a diverse customer base.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a willingness to relocate to Cyprus.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
