Main Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor relationships, secure competitive terms, and ensure reliable supply chains.
• Lead procurement negotiations, ensuring beneficial contract agreements.
• Handle the complete sourcing and purchasing cycle, from quotes to purchase orders.
• Ensure procurement practices comply with legal standards and internal policies.
• Monitor procurement budgets and optimize spending.
• Supervise timely delivery and quality of goods/services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address specific procurement needs.
• Keep accurate records and generate procurement-related reports.

 

Desired experience:

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or similar is preferred.
• At least 2 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Background in media, entertainment, or tech is a plus.
• Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience with procurement systems.
• Strong English communication abilities.
• Capable of managing several projects at once.
• Analytical skills for identifying cost efficiencies.
