I am looking for a Product Manager to join the Payments team of a leading GameTech company, one of the fastest-growing in the world.
The role requires working 1 day per week from the office and permanent.
The candidate needs to be fluent in English.
About the role
As a Product Manager for Payments (being part of the Account & Payments vertical), your primary responsibility is to design, develop, and manage the payment features that enhance the player experience and drive engagement. You will work closely with internal and external teams to create and optimize the overall offering that attract and retain customers while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Product Manager, Payments reports to the Head of Product, Payments.
As a Product Manager, Payments, you will:
- Develop a strategic vision for Payments product offering in the assigned markets, setting clear goals and objectives.
- Along with the Head of Product and the rest of Product Managers, create and manage a product roadmap that aligns with the company's business goals and customer needs.
- Lead the conceptualization and development of new payment features, considering the needs and preferences of the target audience.
- Conduct market research in both gaming and fintech industry to stay updated on the industry trends, the competitor offerings, and the customer/player behavior.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize payments offering towards customer satisfaction maximization.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to continually improve payments product offering and resolve issues.
- Use customer insights to inform product decisions.
- Establish & monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of payments offering; make data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Stay informed about gambling regulations related to payments so you ensure that the latter fully comply with market requirements.
- Communicate the product's strategy, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritize, align and enable the team to deliver high quality in a timely manner.
- Remove impediments that prevent teams from reaching their goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous employee growth, thus guaranteeing high retention and engagement.
- Be responsible for staffing the team by prioritizing the needs, identifying potential risks and being actively involved in the hiring process.
- Provide operational direction for information systems and technology.

- Exposure to the betting industry and/or payments-related field will be a big plus;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions;

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Proficient in English.
