Quality Assurance (QA) Team - Indian Operations
Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) professionals for our Indian operations. Key Responsibilities

  5. Game Performance Evaluation
  6. Play games hosted on the platform to test gameplay and loading times.
  7. Monitor and evaluate game performance under different network conditions, such as Wi-Fi and mobile data.
  8. Payment System Testing
  9. Test the deposit and withdrawal processes to ensure they are seamless and error-free.
  10. Simulate player transactions to verify payment gateway performance and accuracy.
  11. Report and escalate any discrepancies or failures in the payment systems.
  12. Customer Service Evaluation
  13. Interact with the customer service team to assess response times, professionalism, and issue resolution quality.
  14. Document findings and share insights on areas for improvement.
