They have been operating in Brazil for the last 6 years and their platform provides a variety of casino games alongside sports betting options that allow users to wager on various sporting events.

The Role:
The company is seeking an RG & SI Manager to develop, implement, and oversee initiatives that support player well-being and mitigate the risks associated with gambling and sports integrity.

Your expertise will be instrumental in creating educational materials, training staff on responsible gaming policies, and designing interventions for players showing signs of gambling-related harm. You will also analyze player data to identify trends and behaviors that may indicate potential issues and work diligently to maintain a culture of responsibility within the organization.

Furthermore, your efforts will support the client’s commitment to sustainability in gaming, ensuring that all players have access to the resources they need to make informed choices.

About You:
You have a strong background in responsible gaming and a deep understanding of due diligence and responsible gambling regulations. You excel in oral and written communication in both English and Portuguese, enabling you to navigate complex situations effectively.

With a keen interest in the psychology of addiction and a solid grasp of regulatory compliance, you are well-equipped to handle sensitive customer information while ensuring a high standard of confidentiality. Your organizational skills and analytical abilities allow you to approach challenges with a sharp eye for detail.
