The Role:
The company is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and engage potential clients through discovery conversations to understand their needs and objectives. In this critical front-end role, you will deliver qualified prospects to the Sales team and play a key part in driving business growth.

About You:
You have 2 years of experience as an SDR or BDR, with a strong interest in lead generation and outbound sales. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are highly self-motivated, and excel at working autonomously. You are also confident, coachable, and skilled in engaging potential customers to uncover their business needs. Proficiency with sales tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, and an understanding of digital technology and marketing adds value to your expertise. Fluency in English is required.
