Role Overview: As a Senior Art Director, you will lead our creative vision and elevate our brand presence across all channels. This role requires a visionary leader with exceptional design expertise, strategic insight, and the ability to inspire and manage a creative team. As a key player in our team, you will drive design excellence, foster innovation, and play a critical role in shaping and executing our creative strategy. What you will do:
Formulate and implement a design strategy that enhances brand image, deepens audience engagement, and aligns with business goals.
Lead the ideation of design concepts for a variety of deliverables, including marketing ads, product marketing materials, video storyboards, and event experiential designs.
Collaborate with the Marketing Art team and other stakeholders to develop project briefs with clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Work alongside the Marketing Art Director, other artists, and the animation team as needed to produce impactful creative work from concept to final delivery.
Manage the creation of creative assets such as marketing collateral, social media content, website designs, and other visual materials that effectively convey the company's brand and message.
Ensure all design concepts and creative campaigns meet the highest standards, adhere to brand guidelines, and maintain consistency across all channels.
Provide feedback and guidance to designers throughout the design process, ensuring alignment with the project brief and brand standards.
Stay informed about emerging design trends, industry best practices, and new technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance our creative output.
Identify opportunities to push creative boundaries and explore innovative design concepts.
Review and critique design work to ensure all elements are visually compelling and on-brand.
Understand technical aspects of graphic design and propose effective solutions to support designers and streamline the design process.
Act as a creative brand ambassador for the Marketing team, representing our values and vision in all creative concepts and communications, both internally and externally.
What you will need:
Highly proficient with the full Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Proven experience leading large-scale creative initiatives in a senior art direction role.
Strong leadership and line management capabilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both creative and non-creative stakeholders, across different markets and localities.
Deep understanding of design principles and strategy, with the ability to deliver creative solutions that drive business objectives.
