Senior Java Developer Opportunity
My client from the gambling industry is looking for a Senior Java Developer to work remote in Europe, in a B2B contract.
Responsibilities:
As a key contributor, you will play a central role in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable server systems, services, and data solutions. You will collaborate closely with a talented team to deliver state-of-the-art back-end infrastructure for high-performance applications.
Technical Experience
My client from the gambling industry is looking for a Senior Java Developer to work remote in Europe, in a B2B contract.
Responsibilities:
As a key contributor, you will play a central role in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable server systems, services, and data solutions. You will collaborate closely with a talented team to deliver state-of-the-art back-end infrastructure for high-performance applications.
Technical Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on development experience in Java (11/17+)
- 3+ years of experience with Microservices.
- 1+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (along with monitoring tools such as DataDog and Stackdriver)
- 1+ years of experience with Kafka or Rabbit MQ and Hazelcast (ideally, but not mandatory).
- 1+ years of experience in the Gambling industry.
- Experience with security patterns and best practices.
Bonus:
- Technical Expertise – Data Management
- In-depth experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, particularly Cassandra and MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based big data tools and real-time stream analysis.
- Familiarity with machine learning and AI modeling is a significant plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build robust, scalable, and secure systems with operational excellence.
- Proficiency in build automation tools such as Gradle, Jenkins, and Docker image repositories.
