Our client, a leading iGaming software and platform provider with a portfolio of various well-known B2C brands, is on the lookout for a Sr. VIP Account Manager. In this position, you will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers in Mexico, and actively seek solutions to potential problems as well as engaging customers’ attention and loyalty.


Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction above normal standards.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers through various platforms.
  • Arrange activities tailored to customers’ preferences in the designated market, e.g. sport events.
  • Go above and beyond when engaging with customers.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated and ambitious individual who wants to excel in interpersonal relationships.
  • Get-things-done mentality from taking initiative to execution.
  • Excellent networking skills and inside information on market’s ongoing events.
  • Previous experience handling VIP customer in the iGaming industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices will be considered as an advantage.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication/public relations along with active listening skills required.
  • Accountability and conscientiousness.
