The Technical Animator is responsible for liaising between the creative and programming teams to optimize animation assets for export. Our ideal candidate will have a blend of technical knowledge and applied hands-on skills. Technical Animators are natural problem solvers and clear communicators who pay attention to details.
Essential Functions:
- Create and animate characters, environments, and FX in different styles.
- Applies knowledge of techniques to meet memory limitations.
- Prepares assets for export in the most cost efficient manner, considering size, dimensions, and resolution.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years experience using , ideally without use of the mesh tool
- Minimum 6years experience in 2D animation, drawing and illustration
- Experience in slot machine games (mobile platform) is a plus.
- Knowledge in 3D animation is a plus
