Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients to enhance their overall experience.

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer retention strategies.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in VIP client management or a similar role.
- Fluency in English plus one of the following languages: Portuguese, Polish, Greek, French Canadian/French, German, Hungarian, Finnish, or Italian.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a customer-first approach.
- Sales-driven mindset with the motivation to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and think strategically.
- Strong time-management skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
