My client, a leading iGaming entertainment provider is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team in Limassol, Cyprus.  We’re looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst with 2-3 years in the iGaming sector. This role is suited to individuals with a background in analytics and reporting who are skilled in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business performance and improve player experiences. Main Responsibilities: Analyze in-game data to reveal trends and insights, providing recommendations that inform strategy and enhance player retention. Create, manage, and automate key performance dashboards to monitor KPIs and support strategic planning.a Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance teams to deliver insights that guide decision-making. Provide timely ad-hoc reports to meet the diverse analytical needs of business functions. Ensure data integrity, verifying accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs. Desired Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis within the gaming industry. Proficiency in Excel, including advanced features, alongside experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Strong SQL skills with the ability to craft complex queries. A highly analytical mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with gaming metrics and player behavior analytics is beneficial.

This position emphasizes advanced SQL use and reporting to analyze player activity, revenue, and other gaming metrics. Main Responsibilities: Use SQL to develop and optimize queries for analyzing metrics such as Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR), player engagement, churn rate, and bonus utilization. Prepare comprehensive reports that communicate findings to various stakeholders, ensuring clarity in both data and messaging. Ensure accuracy and consistency across data sources, contributing to high-quality data for strategic decision-making. Collaborate with data analysts and business teams to derive insights that support business growth and inform decision-making. Desired Experience & skillset: Strong SQL skills and familiarity with database management tools like pgAdmin or DBeaver. Analytical problem-solving abilities, with experience handling complex data sets in tables covering players, transactions, and games. Ability to translate data into meaningful insights for non-technical stakeholders. Experience in the iGaming industry or a similar analytics role is highly valued. A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is beneficial. In this senior leadership role, the Principal Technical Solutions Architect will be pivotal in shaping and optimizing the technological framework supporting the company’s growth. This position entails architecting robust, scalable systems and creating a technical roadmap that reflects the long-term vision, ensuring competitive advantages in the iGaming space. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role is instrumental in transforming business requirements into advanced, effective technical solutions. Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable technology solutions that align with business goals. Develop process automation and AI-driven solutions, optimizing operational processes after thorough needs assessment. Lead discovery workshops, gathering insights to guide stakeholders towards efficient technology solutions. Drive continuous improvement by identifying sub-optimal solutions and proposing optimizations for efficiency and user experience. Coordinate with tech leads to deliver solutions balancing operational efficiency with maintainability. Ensure all solutions adhere to governance, compliance, and regulatory standards. Excellent communication and mentorship abilities, including diagramming (C4/UML) and guiding both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
