Job Title: Responsible Gaming Analyst - iGaming & Betting Industry Location: São Paulo, Brazil Salary: 8,500 BRL per month Language Requirement: Portuguese & English Reports to: Head of Responsible Gaming About the Role: This position plays a crucial role in ensuring responsible gambling practices, helping to mitigate gambling-related harms while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The analyst will conduct behavioral risk assessments, interact with at-risk customers, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain responsible gaming standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform in-depth behavioral analysis to identify signs of gambling-related harm. Conduct phone calls with high-risk customers to discuss responsible gambling tools and offer support. Manage and escalate responsible gaming concerns from internal teams. Work closely with AML and Account Management teams to ensure proper customer due diligence. Operate within a shift-based schedule to provide 24/7 coverage. Assist with responsible gambling-related translations when required. Requirements: A minimum of 6 months in a compliance, risk analysis, or responsible gaming role. Prior experience in the iGaming sector, particularly in LATAM markets (Brazil, Colombia, Peru, etc.), is an advantage. Previous experience handling sensitive customer interactions via phone, email, and chat. Familiarity with working in a high-paced environment with confidential data. Strong analytical and pattern-recognition skills for identifying problematic behaviors. About the Role  The role of the AML Lead Brazil involves working in compliance/AML/audit and taking care of the Brazilian AML/CFT regulatory regime. Fluency in both Portuguese and English is required.   Responsibilities  Monitor AML alerts Provide Customer Due Diligence and Enhanced Due diligence to customers Documents verification Ensure the policies and delivery of work are accurately implemented and followed to demonstrate regulatory compliance. Work closely (showing flexibility, strong communication skills and being a teammate) with the business verticals to ensure full implementation of the AML/CFT Procedures and Policies. Co-ordinate compliance in relation to products, strategies and AML/CFT operational processes and procedures, working with partners and management. Support the development and implementation of an effective AML/CFT program.
