Manage budgets and drive growth, ensuring profitability and ROI. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the Dutch market. Create, manage, and optimize acquisition campaigns for sportsbook and casino, ensuring efficient bonus costs and ROI. Collaborate with and oversee external agencies for SEO, Programmatic, CRM, and Social Media. Manage partnerships, nurturing existing ones and identifying new opportunities. Work cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Product, Operations, and Data to enhance customer experience. Ensure compliance with Dutch gambling regulations and promote socially responsible advertising.   Your Profile Experience: At least 5 years in the gambling industry, with proven expertise in customer acquisition, retention, and brand strategy. Skills: Commercial and analytical mindset, capable of blending data insights with creative marketing strategies. Big-Picture Thinking: Comfortable managing the full customer journey from awareness to advocacy, with a hands-on approach when needed. Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, startup-like environments. Knowledge: Familiarity with the Dutch online gambling market is a strong advantage. Language: Fluency in English is essential; Dutch proficiency is a plus. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Partnership and Affiliate Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate can actively contribute to the growth of our company, currently in the transition phase from startup to consolidated reality. Responsibilities: Managing the affiliate program and building strong relationships with partners. Recruiting new affiliates, negotiating and managing contracts. Monitoring and optimizing affiliate performance. Providing support to partners. Collaboration with the BI team to monitor campaigns and develop growth strategies based on data analysis and innovative retention strategies. Seeking additional growth channels through new partnerships. Requirements: Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral. At least 2 years of experience in online marketing, preferably in an affiliate network. Proven experience in managing and growing affiliate networks and partnerships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
