CompanyOur client is a large scale international iGaming brand focused on multiple verticals including Casino, Live Casino & Sportsbook, they’re currently on a quest for a industry veteran Product Director to lead, build and drive their Rewards & Communications Product & team.Responsibilities Leads a team of approximately 40-70 people and is accountable for creating and delivering a clear and transparent vision/strategy Partners and builds trusted relationships with stakeholders (CRM), understands their needs and creates tailored solutions, which will make a tangible impact. Prioritises, aligns and enables the team to deliver high quality in a timely manner. Removes impediments that will ensure the latter. Fosters a culture of continuous employee growth, ensures high retention and engagement and acts as a mentor for the whole vertical. Owns the vertical's HC and budget, always ensuring efficiency and effectiveness . Stays up to date with all trends relevant to the vertical’s product and the competition’s offerings Requirements Experienced in managing a team of technical and functional staff and working in a matrix environment. Experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leader Experience with Rewards & bonus mechanics Creative thinker with excellent interpersonal, collaboration, & communication skills at all levels, including data professionals, business stakeholders & senior executives.
