Main Responsibilities: Design and implement the overall web architecture while contributing to in-house platform development. Work on API integrations with third-party services and continuously suggest improvements to enhance existing systems. Play an active role in designing and developing new systems and features from the ground up. Collaborate on and improve financial technology solutions in a forward-thinking environment. Guide and support junior developers when needed and ensure progress through bi-weekly sprints. Desired Experience: Solid understanding of JavaScript, ECMAScript 6, and PHP, with 7+ years in web development. Hands-on experience with Laravel and a minimum of 3 years using Vue.js. Audio Visual (AV) Manager Important information:  The role is on-site in Bogota, Colombia The first three months you MUST be able to travel in Romania (expenses are covered) for the training, then you'll be back to Bogota.  Rotative shift, 40 hours per week, 2 days off.  Main Responsibilities: Oversee construction and maintenance of broadcast studios, ensuring high-quality, timely program delivery. Install, test, and maintain AV equipment for video production and broadcast. Diagnose and repair technical faults swiftly, minimizing service disruptions. Set up AV links and transmission equipment for both studio and external broadcasts. Design custom AV circuits and hardware, adhering to safety standards. Interpret and implement technical requirements from directors and team members. Desired Experience: In-depth knowledge of camera operations, photography concepts, and video production systems.
