A dynamic international operator is seeking an experienced senior acquisition manager to join their growing team in the online gaming sector.  This role is pivotal in driving aggressive growth through strategic partnerships, affiliate marketing, sponsorships, and digital advertising (PPC) to enhance their presence in the casino, sports, and crypto gaming space.   You will be responsible for identifying and executing growth strategies, building key relationships, and leveraging emerging technologies and platforms such as Twitch and streaming networks to drive customer acquisition and revenue.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Growth Strategy Development:  Develop and execute aggressive growth strategies for acquiring new users and driving increased revenue in the online gaming ecosystem, particularly focusing on casino, sports, and crypto sectors. Affiliate Marketing:  Oversee and optimize affiliate marketing programs to ensure continuous lead generation, tracking, and effective partnership management. Identify new affiliates to expand reach. Sponsorships & Partnerships:  Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities with key brands, influencers, and other stakeholders in the online gaming and crypto industries. PPC Management:  Create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns (PPC) to acquire targeted traffic, focusing on high ROI and growth metrics. Crypto Acquisition:  Lead efforts in user acquisition within the crypto gaming space, focusing on leveraging blockchain technology, crypto payments, and related services to attract a new audience. Twitch/Streaming Strategy:  Build and execute strategies to engage with gaming influencers, streamers, and communities on platforms like Twitch, YouTube, and other streaming services to increase brand visibility and player engagement. This is a wide scope for the position and it is a senior role that reports to the CEO and exec team.
