An industry leading Platform provider are looking to add a Product Manager to thier high performing Product team to manage the Front End aspect of their offering. The Product Manager will oversee product portfolio components, including segmentation, loyalty programs, and promotional strategies. You will drive strategic planning and execution to align product solutions with customer needs and business goals. Main Responsibilities: Manage Product Owners to deliver features aligned with the strategic roadmap. Lead strategic planning and execution to achieve key objectives. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to enhance products. Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback for improvements. Communicate roadmap updates to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into development. Desired Experience: Proven experience in product management, either in a B2B or B2C business. Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, loyalty programs, and promotions.
