This company has a track record of working with some of the biggest tier 1 brands in the industry and delivering top tier Gaming content.  In this role you will be managing stakeholders and will be accountable for information travelling accurately into your teams and out to Product Management. Demonstrating clear understanding of software delivery, you will be a software delivery expert and use your skills in this area to inspire high performance in your teams. Responsibilities include:  Take the vision and high-level requirements to produce detailed requirements for the team. Ensure requirements and user stories meet a level of detail that allows the Teams to produce quality work, that achieves the product goal. Own the team backlog and represent the stakeholders whose requirements it contains. Ensure Teams have backlogs of ‘ready’ work. Work with the team to refine, estimate, and plan the work in the backlog. Be the voice of the customer at every stage. Produce reports to be shared with teams and stakeholders. A global leading Lottery provider is looking for a Product Manager to join their growing and established Product team, this role will specifically focus on the Instant Win Games. They are looking for someone who can help expand the Instant Win Game category while maintaining safety and responsibility for the players. The role involves overseeing the IWG Product Team, managing game development, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include: Deliver the game roadmap strategy, including managing the Production Schedule to ensure game timings and milestones are agreed with studios and game production remains on-track. Take ownership of the full lifecycle of several games. Work with the internal and external studios to build strong relationships and ensure that games are developed in line with the game specifications and timings, including any regulatory requirements. Work with their platform provider to support key tasks including supplier integration and delivery of new and improved features and functionality from the transformation backlog. Keep up to date with market trends in the lottery and iGaming space, to help drive portfolio innovation. The ideal candidate will have: Games industry experience, with a keen interest and passion for gaming. Demonstratable knowledge and understanding of Instant Win Games. Ability to write and maintain game briefs and design documentation to a high standard. Agile product management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines. A technical and mathematical background. A great team player, who is ambitious, naturally organized, collaborative and enthusiastic.
