Company Our client is a well-established content provider within the iGaming industry & they’re currently on a quest for a Senior Graphic Designer in either Latvia, Romania or Malta . This role would be focused on developing visual concepts for games. including game icons, partly game interfaces, and other assets, ensuring alignment with the company's creative direction. What You Will Be Doing: Leadership: Mentor and manage junior and middle graphic designers, providing guidance on creative processes. Review their work and ensure it meets both technical and creative standards. Work cross-functionally with developers, UI/UX designers, studio designers, product managers, product owners, marketing teams, and stakeholders to bring ideas from concept to execution. This role involves giving and receiving constructive feedback. Handle multiple projects at various stages of production, meeting tight deadlines and balancing priorities. This requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Generate fresh ideas, develop creative solutions, and drive continuous improvements. Actively participate in design reviews, team meetings, and brainstorming sessions. File Preparation: Ensure source files are meticulously prepared for seamless marketing and development implementation. Concept Presentation: Effectively present design concepts to teams and stakeholders. Requirements   Mastery of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator), Figma, along with a solid understanding of motion graphics and the possibility to create simple animation to present ideas. At least 5+ years in graphic design, preferably in iGaming or gaming. Leadership experience is essential, with a portfolio that demonstrates a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and logical thinking. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, particularly in designing for digital platforms and interactive gaming environments is a plus. Creativity: Ability to push creative boundaries while maintaining project integrity. Company   Our client is a leading content provider within the iGaming industry & they’re currently on the lookout for a Web – Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of their web platform, the ideal candidate currently has a deep understanding of Web Technologies UX and analytics.   Responsibilities   Define the product roadmap for the web platform in alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market trends. Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and business development to execute product initiatives. Advocate for the user by analyzing customer feedback, conducting user research, and monitoring web analytics to enhance user experience and drive engagement. Define product requirements and work with development teams to prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact. Leverage data and user analytics to assess the effectiveness of product features, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product decisions. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor platforms, and emerging technologies to ensure the web platform remains competitive. Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to development, launch, and post-launch optimization. Set measurable goals for each product release. Work within an agile framework to deliver features and improvements iteratively. Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and cross-functional collaboration to meet deadlines. Proven track record of shipping web-based products and driving user growth. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, etc.) and understanding of the development process. Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and A/B testing. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-centric language. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams. Background in UX/UI design or working with design teams. Experience in iGaming, media and entertainment, or related fields.
