The Technical Animator is responsible for liaising between the creative and programming teams to optimize animation assets for export. Our ideal candidate will have a blend of technical knowledge and applied hands-on skills. Technical Animators are natural problem solvers and clear communicators who pay attention to details. Essential Functions: - Create and animate characters, environments, and FX in different styles. - Applies knowledge of techniques to meet memory limitations. - Prepares assets for export in the most cost efficient manner, considering size, dimensions, and resolution. Minimum Requirements: - Minimum 6 years experience using , ideally without use of the mesh tool - Minimum 6years experience in 2D animation, drawing and illustration - Experience in slot machine games (mobile platform) is a plus. - Knowledge in 3D animation is a plus

Our client is a emerging APAC market focused Games Provider who are looking to expand into the European market and they're currently on a quest for a Slots Product Owner who has a strong understand of the Game Production / Slot Game Design process.   Key Responsibilities:   Lead cross-functional teams to develop high-quality slot games from concept through release. Define and prioritize slot game features, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvements. Establish product vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure alignment with company goals. Collaborate closely with design, development, and marketing teams, leveraging market research and competitive analysis to ensure games meet market demand.   Requirements:   At least 3 years of slot game development experience, specializing in probability or product design planning, with participation in the development of at least 10 games; and more than 10 years of overall development experience. Excellent communication, integration, and collaboration skills. Passionate about the gaming industry, especially online and casino games. Strong familiarity with game design principles and player behaviour analysis. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Company Our client is a well-established content provider within the iGaming industry & they’re currently on a quest for two Senior Game Artists based in either Riga or Bucharest studio’s. You'll work closely with the Art Director, Artists and Programmers to create and deliver VFX that embodies the creative vision of their games . What You Will Be Doing:   As a Senior VFX Artist, you will execute on a range of visual effects styles, from realistic to stylized. Create high-resolution 3D and 2d assets. Create & animate 3D environments using 3ds max (corona render), Unreal engine 5 and After effect tools. Collaborate with design, animation, and studio design departments to meet the highest visual quality and gameplay standards. Communicate clearly and effectively with game designers, producers, and the art department. Bring an excellent work ethic, self-motivation, and spirit that welcomes constructive feedback. Creating animation and making assets for different departments.   Requirements   Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. Experience using industry-standard 3D content creation tools (3ds Max, Corona Render, Houdini, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Media Encoder, Unreal Engine 5, etc.). Strong knowledge of animation principles. High professionality in 3D and 2D motion graphic animation, shader and material development, lighting, rendering, and camera animation. Good understanding of character and hard surface animation. Understanding of file format exporting (MOV, MP4, TARGA, PNG sequence, alpha channels). Understanding of frame rates for movies, animations, and game engines. Must have a professional portfolio demonstrating foundational skills in design, visualizations, effect animations, character animations, and motion graphic animations.
