Senior Sales Manager – Cybersecurity Startup

A fast-growing Swiss-incorporated cybersecurity startup is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive its ambitious growth in Europe. Backed by a parent company and opening its Malta office in December, the company delivers advanced DDoS protection, cybersecurity, and internet security solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience in iGaming, leveraging existing networks to convert prospects and build lasting client relationships. You will collaborate closely with the tech and product teams to tailor solutions, manage the full sales cycle, and contribute to the company’s growth strategy. This role offers the chance to shape the sales function, potentially manage a team, and benefit from uncapped commission and lifetime revenue share from clients you bring in.
Candidates should be self-motivated, ambitious, and confident managing complex deals, with an understanding of SaaS, cybersecurity, or internet infrastructure. Previous experience selling to iGaming or fintech with a solid network in these sectors, is required.

This company is one of the fastest growing companies within the iGaming sector, offering it’s cutting edge sports betting software to operators, worldwide. It has been continuously growing since its inception. It has offices dotted across Europe and they have clients in 6 of the 7 continents.
For this role, you will be based in Malta and you will be reporting into the Director of BD. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and you will be expected to conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Your time will be split between managing a team of  sales managers and bringing in new business while over-seeing all new contractual agreements.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have previous B2B sales and people management experience within the iGaming sector (preferably promoting sportsbook related products). You will be expected to travel where necessary. To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly commercial, driven and be a team player.

The Company:
This opportunity is with a market leader in the land-based gaming sector, widely recognized as the number one brand across Latin America. They are now embarking on a major transformation, expanding into the online gambling space with a strong focus on the Brazilian market and are therefore on the lookout for a Commercial Director.
The Role:
The Commercial Director will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s online gambling strategy in Brazil. You will work closely with the founders and senior leadership, and will define the commercial roadmap, drive new business opportunities, and lead the creation of a scalable and profitable online operation.
In addition, the role requires building the online business in Brazil from the ground up. For example, defining go-to-market initiatives, and leveraging existing relationships across the Brazilian iGaming ecosystem to fuel rapid expansion.
About You:
The ideal candidate is a senior commercial leader with a proven background in online gambling, casino slots, or iGaming platform providers, and a deep understanding of the Brazilian iGaming landscape. You are entrepreneurial and results-oriented, capable of combining strategic vision with hands-on execution.
