In this, the third annual iGB Pentasia Salary Survey, we break down how compensation has changed by region, department and role over 2020, and our insight on what’s to come in 2021.
“Considering everything that 2020 has thrown at us, the picture this year’s survey paints could have been substantially worse” says Alastair Cleland, Managing Director of Pentasia.
“The headline average salary rate fell, but only by 1% compared with 2019 and it is still far above 2018 levels.” Importantly, though, “the industry has shown true resilience and commitment to its workforce, making redundancies only as a last resort and at far lower rates than many other hard-hit industries”
