The Role:
As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key operator accounts, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-impact retention and reactivation solutions. You’ll be the main point of contact for your clients—building long-term partnerships, resolving issues, and collaborating closely with internal teams to support ongoing success and player engagement.
About You:
You will have B2B account management experience, within iGaming or sports betting, and a good understanding of CRM, retention, or customer engagement strategies. You’re client-focused, organised, and a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and delivering value. A proactive mindset and ability to work cross-functionally are essential.
