My client, a leading sports betting and gambling company with over 30 well-known brands, is looking for a BI Team Lead in Brazil.

- Be a key member of the business leadership team in Brazil, providing insights to guide data-driven decision-making.
- Meet the ongoing data needs of the business, supporting commercial success and future-proofing data capabilities.
- Lead the data agenda, ensuring timely data availability through personal efforts and the support of the team.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to drive fact-based decisions, acting as the main data stakeholder for the Brazil region.
- Collaborate with the data team to align data transformation efforts with business priorities, including reporting, CRM analytics, web analytics (Google Analytics), and media analysis.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to address specific business questions.
- Work with stakeholders to utilize advanced analytic predictions to enhance business results.
- Mentor and manage employee development and performance.
- Coordinate with peers across the region to ensure consistency and the adoption of best practices.
- Business Intelligence & commercial background.
- Deep understanding of data warehousing.
- Familiarity with DW as a hub for B2C CRM and analytics.
- Excellent SQL skills, particularly in BI SQL.
- Good understanding of web analytics.
- Strong ability to manage priorities and stakeholder expectations.
- Effective employee management skills.
