Chief Marketing Officer My client is a leading international sports betting and gaming brand operating globally is seeking a top-tier Chief Marketing Officer who can lead the company to new heights in the competitive gambling and crypto industries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the CMO, you will have the opportunity to drive our company's growth and success through innovative marketing strategies and exceptional leadership. You will:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our company's vision and drive revenue growth, leveraging your exceptional analytical skills, data-driven approach and expertise in the gambling and crypto industries.
• Cultivate a culture of collaboration and teamwork by working closely with regional teams to ensure you’re always on the same page. With a deep commitment to open communication and a shared vision, you’ll work together to achieve our goals and make a positive impact in the company eco-system.
• Lead and manage diverse teams of mature professionals, providing clear direction, mentorship and support to drive excellence and success. You will inspire and motivate your team with your passion, boldness and empathy, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, mutual respect and excellence.
• Establish and refine business processes that maximize our available financial assets, allowing us to achieve more with less. With a laser focus on efficiency and effectiveness, you’ll build highly successful operation that's poised for growth and innovation.
• Identify and mitigate risk in all aspects of our business, from financial operations to marketing campaigns, to ensure our continued growth and success. You will have a deep understanding of executive commercial management and threat identification and be able to make data-driven decisions to manage risk effectively.
• Use your in-depth understanding of market trends and customer behavior to develop effective marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, drive customer acquisition and beat the competition. You will be a brand advocate, managing our brand image and reputation to ensure consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
• Ensure consistent and exceptional brand presentation across all platforms, from online digital channels to live events and expos, by meticulously adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a strong sense of pride in our company's image and values.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the gambling and crypto industries, including investors, partners, and regulators, to drive growth and innovation. You will have a broad and bold network and be able to collaborate effectively with a wide range of partners.
• Create and cultivate a supportive and empowering work environment that fosters creativity, ambition, and innovation. As a coach and mentor, you will provide guidance and support to mature and experienced team members, encouraging autonomy, providing feedback, sharing knowledge, setting expectations, and building relationships to help them reach their full potential. 
• You will be a data-driven strategist, using insights to continually improve our marketing efforts and drive revenue growth. 

OUR EXPECTATIONS:                       

• Advanced degree in marketing, business or a related field from a top-tier institution, with a deep understanding of marketing strategy, branding and customer behavior.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing and executive commercial management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional results in the highly competitive gambling and crypto industries.
• Deep expertise in data analytics, financial modelling and risk management, with experience using insights to make data-driven decisions that deliver significant business impact across all aspects of the marketing mix.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams of marketing and commercial professionals.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, with the ability to build and maintain a strong brand image and reputation across all touchpoints.
