Our client is launching a India focused (initially) Casino and Sportsbook out of Georgia. They are looking for a CRM Manager. The role will include
CRM Strategy Development:
- Design, implement, and manage customer retention and loyalty strategies across different channels (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging).
- Segment and target customer groups based on behavior, activity, and preferences to optimize retention rates and lifetime value.
Campaign Management:
- Create and oversee automated CRM campaigns, ensuring they are effective and aligned with business objectives.
- Work with creative teams to develop compelling content and promotions tailored to different player segments.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as retention rates, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continually optimize CRM strategies and campaigns.
Customer Journey Optimization:
- Map out and enhance the entire customer journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from acquisition to retention.
- Implement strategies for reactivation of dormant players and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Engagement:
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and execution of CRM initiatives.
- Provide CRM insights to inform the product development and promotional activities.
Tool & Platform Management:
- Manage and optimize CRM software tools and platforms for segmentation, campaign execution, and reporting.
- Stay up to date with the latest CRM tools and technologies, as well as industry trends, to drive innovation in CRM strategies.
Customer Feedback & Satisfaction:
- Regularly gather and analyze customer feedback to inform and improve CRM strategies.
- Use customer insights to personalize communications and improve the overall player experience.
