Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers via live chat, phone, email, and authorized messaging apps.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, offering first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Escalate complex issues and follow up with relevant departments to ensure a timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Introduce customers to new promotions, products, and services to enhance their experience.
- Support new customer service team members by offering guidance and training.
- Continuously improve the customer experience by providing feedback on processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Engage proactively with customers, ensuring they receive a seamless and positive experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional-level English proficiency (both verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with a minimum accuracy of 90%.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience with CRM systems and handling customer interactions across multiple platforms.
- iGaming industry experience is a plus but not required—we provide paid training!
