Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers via live chat, phone, email, and authorized messaging apps.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, offering first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Escalate complex issues and follow up with relevant departments to ensure a timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Introduce customers to new promotions, products, and services to enhance their experience.
  • Support new customer service team members by offering guidance and training.
  • Continuously improve the customer experience by providing feedback on processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Engage proactively with customers, ensuring they receive a seamless and positive experience.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional-level English proficiency (both verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with a minimum accuracy of 90%.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience with CRM systems and handling customer interactions across multiple platforms.
  • iGaming industry experience is a plus but not required—we provide paid training!
