Well known and established iGaming company looking for a Customer Support Executive (Finnish Speaking)
  • Location: Onsite in Malta
  • Relocation: Package provided

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clientele via live chat and email.
  • Troubleshoot issues and offer prompt solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Assist customers with website navigation, account creation, and management.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as Payments & Fraud, to maintain a secure gaming environment.
  • Gather customer feedback for service improvement and relay crucial information to relevant departments.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Finnish and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in iGaming or similar online services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse customer interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player, and open to relocate to Malta.
  • Adaptability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
  • Patience and empathy to effectively address customer concerns.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
