Well known and established iGaming company looking for a
Customer Support Executive (Finnish Speaking)
- Location: Onsite in Malta
- Relocation: Package provided
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clientele via live chat and email.
- Troubleshoot issues and offer prompt solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Assist customers with website navigation, account creation, and management.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as Payments & Fraud, to maintain a secure gaming environment.
- Gather customer feedback for service improvement and relay crucial information to relevant departments.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Finnish and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in iGaming or similar online services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player, and open to relocate to Malta.
- Adaptability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
