Position Overview:
The Events Manager & Brand Activity Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and managing a range of brand-related events and sponsorship activities across India. This role will oversee live activations such as press conferences, influencer and ambassador engagements, sponsorship activations, and other on-ground brand experiences. Working closely with cross-functional teams—marketing, partnerships, PR, and creative—the Events Manager & Brand Activity Coordinator ensures that each event runs smoothly, aligns with strategic goals, and positively amplifies the brand’s image in diverse local markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Event Planning & Execution:
    • Conceptualize and coordinate a variety of brand events, including press conferences, fan meet-and-greets, sponsorship activations at sporting venues, product launches, and influencer-driven promotions.
    • Create comprehensive event plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocations, while adhering to overall brand and marketing strategies.
    • Manage end-to-end logistics, including venue selection, supplier contracts, travel arrangements, AV setup, signage, and catering.
  2. Partnerships & Sponsorship Management:
    • Execute on-ground activations tied to sports teams, tournaments, leagues, and entertainment events.
    • Ensure all sponsorship placements and brand integrations are delivered as promised, meet quality standards, and engage local audiences effectively.
  3. Influencer & Ambassador Activations:
    • Coordinate schedules, appearances, and activities for influencers, brand ambassadors, and VIP guests at events.
    • Work closely with the influencer marketing team to align event themes and messaging with influencer personalities, ensuring authentic and impactful engagements.
  4. Press & Media Coordination:
    • Organize press events, conferences, and media briefings.
    • Handle media accreditation and ensure all press materials are available, accurate, and delivered on time.
    • Serve as on-site liaison, managing interviews, photo sessions, and live coverage opportunities to maximize positive brand exposure.
  5. Brand Compliance & Messaging:
    • Ensure all event elements—signage, collateral, activities—are consistent with the brand’s guidelines, tone of voice, and responsible gaming principles.
    • Adapt event concepts to regional cultural sensitivities, regulatory requirements, and language differences.
  6. On-Site Management & Quality Control:
    • Oversee event setup, monitor activities in real time, and swiftly address any issues.
    • Manage staff, volunteers, and vendor teams on-site to maintain smooth operations and a high-quality guest experience.
  7. Post-Event Analysis & Reporting:
    • Track KPIs such as attendee engagement, media coverage, ROI on sponsorships, and overall brand sentiment.
    • Prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations for improvements, informing future event strategies and budgetary decisions.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in planning and executing brand events, sponsorship activations, or experiential marketing initiatives, preferably in the entertainment, sports, or gaming sectors.
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities, comfortable collaborating with internal teams, partners, influencers, and media representatives.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within India, adapting to different regional environments and cultural nuances.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, solve problems creatively, and maintain a positive, results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with social media amplification and PR strategies to maximize event exposure is a plus.
