Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Lead the preparation of monthly management reports, continually improving reporting standards to meet world-class expectations.

Collaborate with the Head of Finance to manage budgeting and forecasting across all departments (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Contribute to financial systems development that supports business growth and enhances operational efficiency.
Review and enhance internal processes and controls to ensure streamlined, effective operations.
Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency in finance processes.
Take on special projects as assigned by the Head of Finance, helping to meet the ever-evolving demands of the business.

Highly organized, with the ability to meet deadlines and stay on top of multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software/tools (e.g., Xero, Anaplan).
ACA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
5+ years of experience in finance, ideally in the iGaming or cryptocurrency sectors (this is a bonus!).
