HR Business Partner .

A leading player in the iGaming industry, dedicated to providing unparalleled entertainment experiences to their customers is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join their multicultural team.

You will:

• Handle the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of full-time employees
• Ensure the organization’s compliance with local compliances and regulations
• Facilitate payroll processing for all full-time employees and submit regular compliance reports for statutory and tax reporting

 

You are:

• Proven work experience as an HR business partner
• Demonstrated experience in various HR functional areas, especially organizational development, change management, and employee relations
• In-depth knowledge of HR programs and practices, including applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations
• Experience in processing payroll and statutory contributions is a must
