Human Resources Generalist – UK
Location: Bangor, North Wales (Office-based)

The leading technology business, serving over 480 jurisdictions globally is looking for an HR Generalist to join the team and report to the HR Manager - EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR Manager EMEA and manage HR projects.
  • Administer HR system and recruitment for worldwide positions.
  • Advertise job vacancies, conduct interviews, and facilitate inductions and training.
  • Coordinate employee training, performance evaluations, and benefits administration.
  • Address employee relations, leave of absence queries, and policy questions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of HR experience, with HR qualification preferred.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail.
