Human Resources Generalist – UK
Location: Bangor, North Wales (Office-based)
The leading technology business, serving over 480 jurisdictions globally is looking for an HR Generalist to join the team and report to the HR Manager - EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR Manager EMEA and manage HR projects.
- Administer HR system and recruitment for worldwide positions.
- Advertise job vacancies, conduct interviews, and facilitate inductions and training.
- Coordinate employee training, performance evaluations, and benefits administration.
- Address employee relations, leave of absence queries, and policy questions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of HR experience, with HR qualification preferred.
- Knowledge of UK employment law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail.
