HR Generalist
Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Company Overview:
A leading iGaming company with over 30 brands worldwide is on the lookout for a HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will manage daily HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and general HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Relations: Support employees with HR inquiries, resolve conflicts, and help with performance issues.
- Performance Management: Assist in performance appraisals and employee development.
- Compliance & Legal Requirements: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Employee Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits like health insurance and retirement plans.
- Other HR Tasks: Support HR projects, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, including in an HR Generalist role.
- Knowledge of Cyprus labor laws.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and confidentiality skills.
